Joe Morse
Joe Morse graduated with Honors from the Ontario College of Art & Design with a degree in Fine Arts and Printmaking. He lived in Florence, Italy and studied in Europe. Joe also enrolled in Graduate Studies in Printmaking at the Instituto San Miguel, San Miguel de Allende, Mexico and traveled and studied in Japan. His paintings are executed traditionally in oil and acrylic but manipulated digitally at rough stage. He works outside all year round (through Canadian winters) in a gas mask, due to the toxic solvents used to thin the paint. Joe is a devoted teacher at Sheridan College in Ontario, where he has taught drawing for over 10 years.
