A book and bag signing by Charlotte Knox and an evening of tastings were followed by a morning of discussions led by Alton Brown, ending with a five-course meal. All the attendees—some 1,500 in all—were given a tote bag illustrated and designed by Charlotte Knox. All the publicity, posters, and even the menu for the luncheon were also illustrated with Charlotte's fish paintings—the sustainable ones!
